The BetterHome Group is always looking for ways to improve and innovate, and one of its key projects is the BetterRewards program.

BetterRewards is a multi-tiered rewards program designed specifically for the Group's estate agent partners. The program allows agents to register and earn rewards, called BetterBucks, for businesses brought to BetterBond.

eBlocks was brought in to revamp the program, with a focus on giving the rewards website a new look and feel and making navigation easier for members. The goal was to provide a better user experience to manage customer profiles and view and redeem points efficiently.

Our team of experts in product design and software development worked closely with the BetterHome Group to understand the needs of the program's members and tailor the website to meet those needs. We applied our expertise in user interface design to improve navigation and make it easier for members to access and manage their profiles and rewards.

One of the key features we implemented was a rewards partner portal where members can spend their points on vouchers from various partners. This added value to the program and provided more options for members to redeem their rewards.

The result was a revamped BetterRewards program that not only looks better but also provides a better user experience. The program's members can now easily manage their profiles and rewards, and have more options to redeem their points.
