What we collect
• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, subscribe to our Rethink newsletter, or register for an event, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and your message or preferences.
• Scheduling. If you book a call through our scheduling link, the booking is handled by Pipedrive and covered by their privacy terms as well as ours.
• Usage information. With your consent, we collect information about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) through the analytics tools listed below.
Cookies and analytics
Essential functionality on this site does not require tracking cookies. We only load the following optional tools if you choose “Accept optional cookies” in the consent banner:
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — anonymous usage statistics that help us understand which content is useful.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised heatmaps and session recordings used to improve usability.
• Reb2B — identifies the organisations (not individuals’ private identities) visiting our site so we can understand our business audience.
